Hello, I’m Lucy, a copywriting and tone of voice consultant based in Glasgow - and I help businesses create messaging that feels more authentic.

Using my Find Your Voice package, I’ll work with you to:

  • Identify what makes you unique with an initial verbal branding workshop. Think of it as a therapy session with quizzes, post-its and (hopefully) biscuits.

  • Create a new copy direction with a brand proposition, key messages and a comprehensive tone of voice guide that anyone in your business can use.

  • Three days of copy support across your chosen channels, with the option of ongoing help and a six-month check-in.

    1. Find Your Voice workshop

    How do you talk to your customers? My informal Find Your Voice workshop helps you work out what you want to say about your business, and how you want to say it.

    2. Copy direction and brand bible

    From the results of the workshop, you’ll receive a brand proposition, internal manifesto and key messages in your new tone of voice, along with a guide which will act as a point of truth for your business.

    3. Copywriting services

    The package also includes three days of copywriting to embed the new tone of voice. If you need ongoing support, we can discuss a retainer, and I can also offer writing skills workshops and 1-to-1 copy clinics for your team.
